TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PIPS
- If you access the PIPS website, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions.
- These Terms and Conditions, the Disclaimers and Exclusions contained in them are governed by and are in accordance with South African law. Any disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, to which both parties submit.
- The content of this website is directed at those who access the site from the South Africa. Deliveries outside South Africa can be requested.
- The copyright in the material contained in the PIPS Online Website, the website design, text and graphics, their selection and arrangement, and all software compilations, underlying source code and software (including applets) belongs to PIPS. All rights reserved.
- None of this material may be reproduced without our written permission. You may, however, download or print a single copy for your own non-commercial off-line viewing.
- PIPS shall not be liable to any person/s for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this website, except to the extent stated in the Terms and Conditions of Sale (where applicable) and to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
- PIPS has made every effort to ensure the accuracy and currency of all information contained in this website, but cannot accept responsibility for any loss to you, or inconvenience sustained by you, as a result of acting on the information provided. - Any manufacturing problems, defects and inaccuracies after installation must be taken up with the manufacturer under their Terms of Warranty. PIPS cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies or changes to product specifications.
- We do not under any circumstances cover any extra installation costs incurred due to delays in delivery or stock issues. The onus is on you to make sure all items are correct and in your possession before any installation work is undertaken.
- Access to this website may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time.
- We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute, or remove without notice, any information on this site from time to time.
Order Times -. Goods in stock are generally dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of full payment. Our average delivery time in South Africa is currently 3 to 4 working days. If for any reason these delivery schedules cannot be adhered to, we will notify you immediately and a revised delivery schedule will be decided. All orders will be sent by means of an option, which we will deem to be the best and most cost-effective method.
If you require your goods by a certain date or outside of South Africa, please call us or email us, and we will work with you to expedite the delivery time where possible. We can never guarantee any delivery times, but we will always do what is within our power to meet your requirements.

International Delivery – We are able to send most products to many countries around the globe. Please call us on 0027 44 533 0040 or email sales@PIPS.co.za for more information.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Deliveries – Any product damage, defects or delivery errors must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. The onus is on you to check the goods, not the installation people. Please remove the outer packaging carefully and check for damage or defects immediately.
Any manufacturing defects after this time will have to be taken up with the manufacturer directly.
Once you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace, or repair any goods that are damaged or defective – whichever option we deem to be most appropriate. We cannot accept a return under any circumstances if you have begun installation of the product.
PIPS cannot be held responsible for any damage occurred during or after installation. It is your responsibility as a customer to check and report any damaged item/s before installation has taken place on any of our products.
Return Period – There is a maximum 90 day notification period for all product returns. We will gladly accept any returns for products in original, undamaged packaging where we are notified within the 90 day period after delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of toilet seat/s that have been removed from the packaging.
To notify us of a product you wish to return and to access our returns form, please email sales@PIPS.co,za. Once we have been notified of the return you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to our warehouse address, at PIPS, 8 Robberg road, Plettenberg Bay, South Africa, 6600.
Please Note – Customers are responsible for all return collection costs which will be the same as the delivery cost. Alternatively, products can be returned, to our address, via your chosen courier, at your cost.
